Rail Fastening System
Rail fastening system is the generic term of railway parts which to fasten two or more than two parts into a whole. It is usually used to fix rails to railroad ties or sleepers. Rail anchor, tie plate, chairs, track fasteners, spikes, screws, bolts are the main parts. The construction of the railway depends on the role of the fasteners, but not all specifications and models of rail fasteners are suitable for railway construction, some of the common rail fastener strength could not adapt to the vibration of the high-speed rail, rail transit like rail and metro requires high strength rail fasteners. 1.SKL Clip Rail Fastening System
Steel rail is used to support and control the direction of the locomotive, which is fixed on the sleeper track by elastic fasteners. SKL clip rail fastening system includes SKL tension clip, Ss35 screw spike, flat washer, plastic dowel, guide plate, rail pad, of which rail clip is the main parts. It is calculated by the bending and twisting deformation, buckle pressure effect on the orbit, which effectively guarantee the reliable connection between rails for a long time, keep the integrity of the orbit as far as possible. In a word, rail fastening system plays the basic role to assure the safety of railway vehicles.

4.N Clip Rail Fastening System
N clip rail fastening system allows us to further enhance and simplify the installation operations and track maintenance. Its principle is to separate electrical insulation from the lateral support function by using two components assembled in the factory.
